Forget the wines! Neil has the absolute BEST customer service of any store, hands down! For a good laugh, and a great time, go visit Neil and his staff, what great people! I do hear he has a great selection, as alot of people get all oogly eyed over his 'goodies' Me? I am not a wine drinker... However, I do stop in about once a week, to chat with him and his staff regarding various topics! They are truly great friends, and I am so glad, such great people are available to chat during the day!

Oh and if you happen to stop by while Adam is there, try out his to die for chicken wing sauce!

We have been going here for all of our wine since it was newly opened as the Wine Room. The owner is there ALL the time and he knows just the right wine for any food combination. He has frequent tastings and opens his door for all of the community events. Excellent selection and if there is something special you want, he'll find it for you. The personal service is worth the trip.

The Wine Room is the best place I have found in Buffalo to purchase Wine and Spirits. Neil is a top notch owner who knows more about the products he sells than almost anyone I have bmet in the business. The prices are very reasonable and the weekly tastings make for a unique visit every time I get the chance to go for a visit. Each trip I seem to find some new wine or spirit that I not only like but want to share with my friends and family. Many of the people I know have begun going to The Wine Room within the last year and I have never heard a complaint. If Neil doesn't have what you are looking for, he will do his best to find it for you. That's service!
