Being the nephew of the owner, it is difficult to remain objective when writing a review of Buffalo’s own TeaLeafs. I can, however tell you that I have watched Syd (TeaLeafs Owner) work closely on projects over the past 20 some-odd years with dedication and perseverance, but never have seen my Aunt Syd as passionately enthusiastic to bring the best teas from all over the world to the pallets of the Buffalo tea consumer. I have been a coffee drinker for as long as I can remember and questioned my interest in trying something new. My first time in TeaLeafs, I was attempting to overcome one of Buffalo’s favorite gifts: the common cold, when my aunt gave me a cup of Sunshine Lemon. This was my first “true” tea tasting and I have never looked back! The Sunshine Lemon gave my throat a break from being sore, and gave me a natural energy that I have certainly been lacking. I was instantly addicted! I have now spread the word of TeaLeafs to everyone who questions the delicious aroma of fresh tea steeping from my travel mug where ever I go. If you have never experienced real tea, stop into TeaLeafs ASAP, and change the way you treat your pallet, and your body! You will have absolutely no reason NOT to return to try as many teas as possible! Keep it up Aunt Syd!! I’m a customer for life!
As to you being one of my favorite nephews, I appreciate your totally unbiased review of TeaLeafs! I am so glad that you have tried and subsequently realized the benefits of drinking good tea. You always "make my day" when you visit and I love that you are helping your body in a good, clean, delicious manner. Thanks Jake for the review. I love you.
An oasis in a hectic world. It is always a pleasure to stop in and enjoy the teas. It is a reminder of how stores should treat their customers. The owner is always gracious and the store and atmosphere is always inviting. Although you're moving, your customers will surely follow.

I am a (sort of) coffee convert. Syd never yells at me when I fall off the "tea wagon" and stop for coffee on my many drives into Buffalo. :) I love the teas and other items that Syd has in her store! TeaLeafs is not a place that you can get into and out of quickly as there is always something to look at, or new teas to smell... and great conversation! Can't wait until I retire and can hang out there more!

A wonderful hideaway with a huge selection of tea and accessories, I can't stay away! Not only is the shop a wonderful place to escape or to find a special gift, the thing that impresses me the most is the knowledge Syd shares with her customers. I am hooked on these healthful and wonderful teas and this beautiful shop! Skip Starbucks and noisy, greasy doughnut shops - instead take a break and go to TeaLeafs for a truly have a wonderful experience.
TeaLeafs is a little piece of heaven. If you haven't had the fortune to discover this little gem - treat yourself, soon! A symphony of scents will inspire you to explore the vast offerings of red, white, black, green, oolong, herb and fruit teas. Syd and her expert staff will teach you the secrets to brewing the perfect cup. Truly one of my favorite get aways!
I live in Niagara County but always make a special stop at TeaLeafs whenever I am in the area. Sydney is a pleasure to visit with and always helps me pick out wonderful tea for myself and gifts for others. If you have not been to this store you don't know what you are missing. This is the best tea store in town. I was never a big tea drinker until tried some of the wonderful teas at TeaLeafs. Plus the service you get in the store is excellent from a very knowledgable staff. My favorite place to go get tea and relax.
TeaLeafs is my place to relax and recharge with good conversation and great teas. You will never buy grocery store tea again! It is a great place to get unique gifts too.

I've been shopping at TeaLeafs since Sydney opened the store. The quality of the tea is exceptional and Sydney is so helpful and knowledgeable. Syd makes you feel at home with her kindness and willingness to stuff you with all sorts of goodies and amazing teas. She is like family to me and my girls. Best tea store I've ever been in.
Tea Leafs is an amazing spot for tea! My husband and I frequent Tea Leafs twice a week on our lunch break, and look forward to both a cup of tea and the warm hospitality provided by Sydney (& Riley!). Sydney provides expert recommendations, and has a superb knowledge of tea and tea products! I have purchased the tea in bulk to enjoy every morning as I'm now happily addicted to the Hot Cinnamon black tea. Visiting Tea Leafs is one of the highlights of the week for both my husband and I. There's also a ton of great tea products that would make for excellent gifts.

Sydney has one of the nicest tea boutiques. She has the most contagious and wonderful bubbly personalities of anyone I know.
I met her when I was visiting a friend and just love her shop and the amazing number of teas and other goodies she offers. Only 1 negative I can come up with is.....I need to move her to Texas! Good for me she does ship!!
Syd and TeaLeafs are awesome. Not only does she carry a large selection of loose leaf teas, she's always bringing in something new. It may be new teas, pots, mugs or other accessories. You can rest assured it's all great quality! Thanks for providing great products!
This is a great shop. We are so lucky to have it in Williamsville. TeaLeafs has everything a tea lover could possibly want. It is also a great place to pick up special gifts. Teapots, tea cups, and of course great tea!
